1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jilidd platform (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

jilidd operates as an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to users in the Philippines. The Service is operated by jilidd ("we," "us," "our," or "jilidd"), and these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and jilidd.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered players, and any other individuals who access or use any part of the jilidd platform. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use the jilidd Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jilidd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension or permanent closure.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The jilidd Service is intended solely for users located in the Philippines. You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. jilidd reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register for a jilidd account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in your name
• Date of birth
• Residential address

You agree to update your account information promptly if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

2.4 One Account Per Person

You may only register one (1) jilidd account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered under false names, accounts shared between multiple individuals, and any other form of multi-accounting are strictly prohibited. jilidd employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are discovered, jilidd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and transactions, and forfeit any balances.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilidd account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify jilidd customer support immediately. jilidd is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain login credential confidentiality.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

jilidd offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. While 2FA is not mandatory, jilidd strongly recommends that all users enable this feature. Users who enable 2FA acknowledge that they are responsible for maintaining access to their registered mobile device. jilidd is not responsible for account lockouts resulting from loss of access to 2FA devices.

3.3 Account Verification

jilidd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account)
• Selfie photograph holding identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your jilidd account are final and non-refundable, except in cases where jilidd determines that an error occurred in processing. Deposits may be made using payment methods supported by jilidd, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer, USDT (TRC20), and other methods as made available from time to time.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the funds you deposit
• The payment method you use is registered in your own name
• The funds are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activities
• You have the legal right to use the payment method for online gaming transactions

jilidd reserves the right to refuse deposits from certain payment methods or sources at its sole discretion.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100) or the equivalent in other supported currencies. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. jilidd reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified as per Section 3.3
• You must have met all applicable wagering requirements on bonuses
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold (currently ₱100)
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name
• You have not violated any terms of this agreement

jilidd typically processes withdrawal requests within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or if additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

jilidd does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are beyond jilidd's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention

jilidd is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. As part of our compliance obligations, we reserve the right to:

• Request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals
• Delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities
• Close accounts and forfeit funds if fraud or money laundering is confirmed

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawals are permitted. This requirement is in place to prevent the jilidd platform from being used as a money transfer service.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilidd may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the jilidd website at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before the funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type, and not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play with other users, or any strategy designed to exploit bonuses without risk, is strictly prohibited. jilidd employs sophisticated detection systems to identify bonus abuse. If bonus abuse is detected, jilidd reserves the right to:

• Void all bonuses and associated winnings
• Close all associated accounts
• Forfeit all balances
• Ban the user from future participation

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits During Bonus Play

While playing with active bonus funds, you may not place bets exceeding a maximum bet limit (typically ₱100 per bet unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the jilidd platform has its own specific rules, payout structures, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before playing. Game rules are accessible within each game or in the jilidd help section.

6.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All games offered by jilidd (excluding live dealer games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The RNG systems used by jilidd are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are conducted by trained live dealers. jilidd partners with reputable live casino providers to ensure fairness and transparency. In live dealer games, outcomes are determined by physical actions (e.g., card shuffling, roulette wheel spin) conducted by the dealer, not by an RNG.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure, jilidd reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund the original stake. You acknowledge that jilidd is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

6.5 Disconnections During Gameplay

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, the game round will continue to completion according to the rules of that game. You may return to the game once your connection is restored to view the outcome. jilidd is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to defraud jilidd or gain unfair advantage through cheating, collusion, or use of software aids (bots, macros, automated betting systems) is prohibited.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, or using accounts registered under false names or identities, is prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider is prohibited. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing individuals under 21 years of age to use your account is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the jilidd platform to facilitate money laundering or other illegal financial activities is prohibited.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing other users, jilidd staff, or live dealers through chat functions is prohibited.

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the jilidd platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of jilidd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilidd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilidd content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilidd software
• Use jilidd trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any part of the jilidd website

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilidd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if jilidd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilidd's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your jilidd account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jilidd is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your jilidd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately. Accounts with pending withdrawals will remain open until all withdrawals are processed.

10.2 Termination by jilidd

jilidd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Offensive or abusive behavior toward staff or other users

If your account is closed by jilidd for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at jilidd's sole discretion.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no logins or gameplay) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of ₱100 per month. jilidd will notify you via email before applying any inactivity fees. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once every twelve months.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Service, you must first contact jilidd customer support. Our support team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. Most disputes are resolved within seven (7) business days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.3 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through customer support, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

jilidd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the jilidd website. Your continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, jilidd will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or account notification.
